Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order or withdraw from the purchase of our products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your order or receipt of your order or from the day you received our last product (in the case of multiple products ordered from you with one order and we delivered them to you separately).
Order Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure
In order to exercise the right to cancel an order before receiving it, send a text message to firstname.lastname@example.org and contact us by phone for confirmation.
In the message you must mention the following information:
Number of pieces you ordered (e.g. 1 TETRA desk and 1 SMART seat)
Your Contact Information (Telephone, Email)
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the expiration of the relevant period, communicate your intention in writing by completing the withdrawal form posted at the end of this page.
In case of cancellation of an order on time and as long as you have deposited a proven amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from DROMEAS SA the amount of money, which you may have paid. The amount will be credited after three (3) working days from the cancellation of the order or the withdrawal or from the date that this amount will have been received by DROMEAS SA (the later of the two dates is taken into account).
We clarify that any charges imposed by your bank or credit card, or Paypal are charged to you and are not refunded by DROMEAS SA.
By law no later than 14 calendar days from the day you notified us with the withdrawal form of your decision, you must return our products to us at your own expense, which must be in the condition they were received by you, complete and undamaged, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Invoice, Retail Receipt).
In the event of timely withdrawal and as long as you have demonstrably deposited the amount of money for the order, you are entitled to receive from DROMEAS SA the amount of money, minus the reservations imposed by the bank, Paypal or your credit card, which are charged to you and not are returned by DROMEAS SA. The amount will be credited after 3 (three) working days from when we receive the returned products, provided that they have been returned in perfect condition as stated in the previous paragraph.
Return due to defective product
Return due to a defect or damage to the product(s) that may have occurred during transport and was found upon receipt-assembly by our crew (concerns shipping and receipt for Athens, Thessaloniki, Serres) at your location or upon receipt of the goods at your location from the transport company or the courier company that carried out the transport.
In the above cases, in order to protect your interests, you must take the following actions as the case may be:
If you have chosen the collection-assembly from our crew, then if you find damage to the goods immediately after opening the package, you must note in the delivery report of the crew "I found that the goods you deliver to me have signs of wear in the points ………….".
If you have chosen to receive it from the company that we have commissioned to transport the products to your place, then when you receive the parcel or parcels, check the packaging and if it shows signs of wear then you must note on the transport document that you will be asked to sign that "I receive with reservation for the completeness of my order because the packaging shows signs of wear".
For your greater protection, if you notice signs of wear and tear on the package, it is recommended that you open the package in the presence of the employee of the courier or transport company and check whether or not your order is complete.
In the event that, upon opening the package, you find that there are signs of wear (breaks, scratches, etc.) or parts of your order are missing, then you must note on the receipt that "during the delivery of my order, I found the existence signs of wear and tear on the packaging (if found) and/or the existence of damage to the goods of my order".
In any of the mentioned cases, immediately after the above actions, you should contact us by phone at 23210 99220 or with a local unit charge for calls from a landline at 801 11 96000 or send a text message to email@example.com or both ways to let us know.
We will investigate the incident and arrange for the replacement.
